Specificity White crystal or powder; taste salty ,readily deliquescence, readily soluble in water or glycerine(1g/0.5ml water),relative gravity:1.98,when heated to 230℃,it will melt and decompose.
Uses in food industry, it is used as buffer agent, chelate agent, stabilizer agent, antioxidant, emulsifier agent, flavor regulate. It is used in dairy products, jellies, jam, meat, tinned pastry. It can be used as emulsifier in cheese and used in citrus freshing. In pharmaceutical, it is used for curing hypokalemia, potassium depletion and alkalization of urine.
Packing It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25 kg/paper-plastic bag.
Storage and transport It should be stored in a cool, ventilative and dry warehouse, kept away from moisture and hot, furthermore, it should be stored separately form poisonous, Avoid damage to the bags. Its expiry date is eighteen month.
