Uses |
in food industry, it is used as buffer agent, chelate agent, stabilizer agent, antioxidant, emulsifier agent, flavor regulate. It is used in dairy products, jellies, jam, meat, tinned pastry. It can be used as emulsifier in cheese and used in citrus freshing. In pharmaceutical, it is used for curing hypokalemia, potassium depletion and alkalization of urine. |

It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25 kg/paper-plastic bag. |
Storage and transport |
